You can end up in the hospital with dehydration, and you'll have to have intravenous saline solutions and supplementing nutrient (sugar) so you don't die. Healthy means that you do exercise at the same time that you are eating a bit less. As far as carbohydrates go, stop eating all white flour products, stop eating such things as pizza, spaghetti, bagels, white bread and pancakes.
